This exercise is a popular exercise for beginners, it’s used to properly understand the spin and improve general understanding. Play under the ball in a slicing motion. You should contact the ball early and step in and out based on the depth of the receiving shot. Bodyweight should be leaning forward and your right leg (if right-handed) should step in and out.
