This exercise is a fantastic exercise to improve the reactions and anticipation of the ball. By far one of our most favourite exercises. When training in table tennis it is very easy to get into a habit of just playing regular exercises, these are great for working on technique and consistency, but in truth for you to be a great match player your training must be more challenging, where you need to anticipate a lot more by reading the opponents racket angle, body language and more.
