Description

This exercise is s good exercise for the forehand dominant players. It is exceptionally good to try to improve your recovery from the forehand wide back the middle and play a forehand. The intention for a lot of players after playing the forehand wide is to opt to play a backhand from the middle. Unless you have a very strong backhand, you would be giving the initiative back to your opponent, therefore this exercise will build up your leg strength to push back to the middle.
