Description

Coach feeds a short backspin ball to the forehand and then plays the second ball back as a push to the player’s forehand. This is a great exercise for the player to improve stepping in for short receive and then preparing for the 5th ball attack.

Exercise variations may include:

  1. The coach may vary the spin between heavy and float
  2. The coach can use the full half table for larger placement variations
