This regular table tennis exercise will help you become more confident in switching between all out attack and controlling the ball. The aim of this exercise is also to help you improve your movement around on the backhand corner. 

Variations include:

  1. Add a service into the exercise
  2. When blocking on the backhand side begin to play over the ball with some topspin (advanced)
